5 Great counter depth fridge!

This is our second Electrolux refrigerator and we love it! It has plenty of interior space, fully adjustable shelves, and two ice makers (one in-door and one in freezer). Would purchase this brand again for its longevity.

5 Beautiful Fridge

One month in and so far everything is great. We really like all the various storage options and the platinum finish inside. The adjustable shelving comes in very handy, and everything is able to be well organized on the door shelves. _x000D_ My only complaint is I wish it were more fingerprint resistant, I’m definitely wiping it down more than the previous.

1 Look at other brands before purchasing

After just a couple of weeks after the 1 year warranty my GRFC2353AF2 stopped working after changing the water filter... Told by Electrolux, " Sorry Charlie"..... your SOL..... Unbelievable that they don't or won't stand behind there product. The home is a brand new home with all Electrolux appliances. I will never endorse, encourage or suggest that anyone should purchase there products. The customer support is a joke. I Am one very unhappy consumer....

Somehow it fits in the same spot but seems much more spacious. I have room for everything and all sizes and shapes!

5 Quiet and Efficient Cooling

The new refrigerator was installed and is a wonderful compliment to our kitchen. Though I have had Electrolux refrigerators before, this French Door model works quietly and smoothly. While I am still finding new locations for the products I keep in it, it has just the right spots for what I store.

1 What has happened to the quality of Electrolux?

I read the reviews ahead of time, but thought that I could deal with a couple of things since it matched the remainder of our other appliances. The first warranty call was due to us apparently not closing the freezer door firmly enough. Condensation was all over everything. 2nd warranty call tomorrow will be for the door water dispenser leaking water at intermittent intervals. We also just returned from a long weekend away and found that we must not have properly closed the freezer because it was full of ice and condensation, and the water filter in the fridge was frozen in place. This is the worst refrigerator I have ever owned, and at 64 yo, there have been quite a few. We are switching out the entire kitchen appliances for another manufacturer. (I'm having trouble attaching photos, grr)

4 Love the fridge but ….

Love the fridge but have already had to have service because the ice maker wasn’t working. All good to go now and the service was quick and easy and they were very responsive. I love how they made room from all available spaces!

1 5+ Service Calls-1 Broken IceMaker-1 Customer lost

Purchased this fridge from Home Depot, was delivered and set up the first week of July. 2 days later, the ice maker stopped working on the door (mind you we did not touch it and it stopped working on its own, then we did not touch it because it was under warranty). We have a service technician from electrolux come out and look at it. After about 45 minutes, he told me the ice maker was turned "off". He turned it on and said it should work. It didn't work. We made another appointment, the same technician came out and plugged it into his iPad for 45 minutes to turn around and say it was in "sleep mode". He turned if off of "sleep mode" and said it should work, it did not. He came back and "resealed" the ice maker in the door and put a thermometer in there to test the temperature. That did not work. Then we made another appointment, a different technician came out and said he knows what the issue was. He pulled the fridge out and said it was leaking oil from the inside to one of the parts. Then said it was a 2+ hour job and he did not have time in his schedule to fix it that day because he had other appointments to service, glad we were a priority. Then, another appointment was made but cancelled. Another appointment was made, the part that was leaking oil was "fixed", then put back together. It was not fixed, it still does not work. Another appointment made, just to be cancelled because the parts were not in. Then, I have random parts showing up to my house. Attempted to reach out to the service technician, they did not reply. Finally made another appointment to try and have it fixed. I will not buy another electrolux product the rest of my life. I have had nothing but issues. This will be our 6th appointment coming up in 3 months. Nobody seems to know what they are doing and when I asked what we need to do in order to get a new fridge, the technician chuckled and said "that won't happen".
