We bought this a month ago from Costco and i) Costco was fantastic dealing with we were quite unsatisfied with the delivery company (Metro) for refusing to install anything because they had to run the outlet duct from the dryer through two walls. I think they just wanted to get on with their route. _x000D_ _x000D_ We're very impressed with the washer and dryer combo. Note the dimensions on the Costco site aren't accurate - the pedestals wouldn't fit. But we're happy they don't. With the pedestals it's just to huge a set-up, it's really easy to bend down, but other folks might need this. I haven't done a thorough eval of the user interface etc but I'm guessing we're just going to be pressing the normal button most of the time, like almost everyone. All I can say, my wife is over the moon and thats all that counts for me.

Not even a year old and have had many issues, the latest issue is it is stuck on pause. Needs a new control board. My parents had a washer and dryer almost 20 something years no problems. Probably going to sell it.

I bought these washer and dryers a couple weeks ago. They are very quiet and wash my clothes way better then my previous washer and dryer. Th4 featuer are amazing as well.

Owned this machine for about a month now. I have to say it is beautiful and quiet and huge. But my 15 year old dryer did dry clothes faster than this guy. Do love the lint trap in this model though. I feel like it traps the lint better.
