I bought this dryer a couple months ago. The first one lasted about a week. It was replaced with the identical dryer And installed by the dealer. The Second one works, but has a knocking sound that can be heard through the house. I called Electrolux and they are supposed to have a repair person follow up but two weeks have passed and nothing. Poor product, poor follow through service. Disappointing.

Very efficient. Like the 15 mins Fast Dry. A bit noisy though.

I bought an Electrolux washer , dryer and 2 pedestals from Canadian Appliance Source (CAS) Calgary on March 30, 2024. They were delivered on April 13, 2024. But the color and the height of the washer ( produced in August 2023) and dryer ( produced in February 2024) did not match, beside there were lots of dirty water traces outsied of the washer. I contacted with CAS at the delivery day and asked to replace. I made tens of phone calls and wrote tens of emails. I have not gotten the solution till today, almost 6 weeks away from the request for replacing day._x000D_ I was so disappointed and need deseperately doing my laudry. I would say that this is the first and last time to purchase any products from Electrolux._x000D_ The washer and dryer have not been used till now.

I bought this dryer less than 90 days ago (it was the most expensive dryer at my local appliance shop) and it has already broken and required repair (thankfully the repair is covered by warranty, but it’s very soon for this to have happened!). The tachometer broke so the motor auto-shuts off. The tachometer is in the motor so it needs a whole new one. I called Electrolux and completed trouble shooting over the phone and they entered a ticket for a local repair person. When the person arrived they said that the ticket said something totally different so they didn’t come with the right part and had to order my part! In total I will be without a dryer for three weeks (I have 3 small children, 6 and under). Besides this issue, I find that when you open the door after a cycle is complete, there is lint all inside the door, door seal and on the clothes. My previous dryer was 14 years old and this never happened. Seems like a poor design. I do clean my lint trap after every load. I do like the towel setting. I find my towels are fluffier. Otherwise, I’m not impressed.

We bought this dryer 2 weeks ago and are concerned about the rubbing noise it makes periodically when on. We are having a technician out to look at it but I'm disappointed that we have to do this with a brand new machine.

Electrolux is the best household laundry machine you can get. Well designed and beautiful two touch and laundry is dry great sensing and huge capacity.

This is a great machine. It is big and beautiful looking. _x000D_ The only problem I have is that lint gets stuck on the rubber of the door.

I do not use it very often as I prefer to hang the clothes outside, Great for towels and bed sheets.
