I bought this about a month ago and I am very happy with it. It is the perfect size for an upright freezer in a small townhouse. Works great!

We have been waiting for a repair on this freezer since purchasing and deliver that was made in January. We needed to switch the door opening which we did following the instructions. We have been unable to get the seal to work as it should. Have had a tech out twice and he finally told us we need a whole new door. We are now waiting .............._x000D_ Other than that we like the size and hopefully we’ll be able to get it fixed properly!

I like the size and the bottom pull out drawer. Came up to freezer temp quickly.

I purchased the unit 3 weeks ago. Runs quiet, inside LED lighting is great. I also can appreciate the open door alarm as our youngsters sometimes forget to push it closed! Unit is made sturdy and was a good value for the money.

Only had this freezer a few weeks (in the garage). We had a power outage, due to extreme cold weather and all the food stayed solidly frozen for a day and a half. Why does the manual say not to keep it in a garage and not to use an extension cord? The power cord isn't long enough to reach our outlet.

I bought this freezer six weeks ago, I love the visibility and easy access to all of my frozen foods and, the smaller footprint allows for more placement options.

Very happy with the new freezer ! Has many great safety features. I changed the door so it opened the other way - very easy ! I recommend this freezer ! Plus - I added 3 years to the standard warranty for very low cost- thanks !!

We really needed additional freezer space and this unit seems to fit the bill. We waited months for one from our local dealer and gave up on them and had this one within a week or so

Had a chest freezer before this. I like the standup much better. Tons of room and I can see everything. Love the "keep frozen 12 hours without power feature". Low power use means I can run it off of a generator if need be.
