We buy 2 weeks ago and abnormal heat all over sides.We call the store they give us a number for services _x000D_ Wrong investment .Lousy service lousy dealers ._x000D_ Don't buy this brand

J’ai acheté ce refrigérateur le 3 juin. J’aime l’intérieur mais les côtés deviennent chauds par intermittence. À cause de ça, je ne l’aime plus. J’ai jamais eu un refrigérateur dont les côtés étaient chauds. Au service à la clientèle on m’a dit que c’était normal.

The fridge came with the new house we bought. Fantastic looking fridge. _x000D_ _x000D_ We have noticed that the fridge part is running warmer than usual and the freezer works perfectly. We first noticed there to be a problem when the doors were constantly sweating and pooling water on the ground. I eventually did some digging and noticed inside near the crisper was an ice block._x000D_ _x000D_ My wife and I took everything and put them in coolers to defrost. I took off the panel covering the evaporator coils and sure enough it was one big ice block. We defrosted the fridge overnight. Plugged it back in the next day and was working perfect._x000D_ _x000D_ Now fast forward two weeks later it is happening once again. Is it a bad defroster? The defroster sensors not working properly? I'm stumped on what is going on and have noticed a few other people having the same issue.

I bought the model before this one. It’s 3 yrs old now and has never worked properly. I had trouble within the first 6 mths of install and could not get a technician out to service unit under the warranty. We’ve spent time constantly defrosting unit and hoping for best because customer service would not/could not help. I’ve now replaced main board and other items and is still not working. Barely used. Waste of money.

Picked this design because it worked in our space. We regret the purchase because it stopped working a few months from new. Problems were not rectified by manufacturer when under warranty. Now it’s no longer under warranty and the problem persists.... oops unfortunately we can’t help you.

33 inch counter depth Simple four doors fridge for easy access, reasonable motor noise. Unfortunately there's no light for freezer._x000D_ .

We purchased this fridge a month ago and are so pleased with it! Its sleek lines add an updated look to our kitchen. Though we have a large island, the small doors for both the fridge and freezer enable us to access everything without hindrance. We like being able to take out anything we need by just opening the appropriate section. We really love the fact that we barely hear it running!

Bought this fridge 5-6 months ago, it arrived in perfect condition. After many months, many dents started showing on the left front door. We have not hit it or anything. We take extreme care of it, but the problem is getting worse. It’s seems to be due to a defect in the material. Customer is unreachable and might as well not exist. This is a total piece of cheaply made crap. Don’t buy this. I will never buy this brand again, it’s best to pay a bit more but get quality.
