I bought this freezer because with the shortage of freezers at the moment, it was the only one that was the right size that was available. It was actually a little bigger than I wanted, but close enough. It looks and works fantastic. There's plenty of room, it maintains the temperature, and I don't know what else to say about the features. It works well and looks good. The problem comes when I try to open the door. It seals better than any I've ever come across, which is far too well. The freezer is lightweight even though large. With the door so thoroughly sealed, it then becomes impossible to open it. Not because I'm not strong enough to open it, but because there's not enough friction between the feet and the floor to hold the freezer in place while trying to open the door. I can't apply enough force to the door handle to get it open because the feet can't apply enough force against the floor._x000D_ _x000D_ I had no choice but to tape the freezer to the floor. I happened to have a very wide aluminum foil tape with a very aggressive glue on it. I suspect that over time, the seal will weaken, and I will eventually be able to remove the tape._x000D_ _x000D_ Another problem though is that only the front legs can be adjusted for height. This doesn't take into account that the floor may slope sideways as well as front to back. Getting the freezer level both sideways and front to back on my floor left the rear right corner off the ground. Since there's no way to adjust the rear right corner, I was forced to use tape again to fill the gap with something that wouldn't fall off as soon as I tried to open the door. You don't need all 4 legs to be adjustable, but you need at least 3. Otherwise, in most situations, something will need to be wedged under one corner._x000D_ _x000D_ I shouldn't have to use tape to make a brand new product usable.

This freezer was bought to replace one that had served us well for almost 20 years. I have had no problems with this new freezer in the month or 2 I've had it so far and I am enjoying features I did not have with the old freezer such as an alert when the door is open too long. I can only hope for a long dependable life with this freezer as well.

I like the features this freezer has; tight seals, the light that lets you know if all is good, the light inside & the storage shelving. Hope to have this for many years to come.

We haven’t had the freezer that long but so far it’s great! Perfect size for just the two of us to use to store the garden veggies and some extra meat.

I am over the moon with this freezer, I actually wanted a 11 sf freezer but only a 13 was available and lucky for me this was a true blessing. Tall and slim and fits perfectly in the laundry room. The price was also very reasonable. Automatic defrost is also a great feature. Stores enough winter meat and vegetables and storage inside the door is what I also wanted. Best decision ever!

I've had this up and running about 30 days now. Shipping was on schedule and on time as arranged by Home Depot. We have it about half full at this point with some free range pork that we recently purchased. Only issue I've had so far was I did change the door Direction following their directions included in the manual. The manual explained this process perfectly. Unfortunately the door sealed did not seal properly after doing so which developed frost on the inside of the freezer. I decided to reverse the door back to the original way and the Frost has now disappeared._x000D_ _x000D_ The 13 cubic foot size is perfect for our meat storage for my wife and I. We look forward to adding some beef to it soon.
