I bought this freezer a couple weeks ago when my very old 16 cu ft one died. This one is smaller than the old one but still holds everything I need. The inside light is very bright so I can see everything in the freezer; the door shelves are deep enough to hold a lot of food too. Being a bit smaller, it fit through the doors a lot easier than the old one which was very helpful.

I I bought my freezer on January 10. I read many reviews, before purchasing the freezer. Many mentioned that it was not frost free. Their concerns were answered with the explanation that it may not be level. I paid close attention to this information, when my freezer was delivered and placed in my home. Oh my goodness! Frost built up so fast and continued to do so until it looked like the north pole. Repair was made by removing and replacing (with the same gasget) and problem went away. Air was seeping in between the door seal. I was told that leveling was not and would not be a problem to cause frost. Check you seal!

We bought this for an extra freezer to have in the garage. It works and looks great. The room inside is perfect. The storage on the door is actually useful.

This freezer is a dream. It’s got ample room but room that makes sense. Our old freezer felt like a black hole where food went in and didn’t always make it out. The shelves were deep and long and it made it difficult to find stuff. This new freezer has perfect sized shelves and compartments that hold a ton of food but also allow you to see what you have. It keeps everything super cold,is attractive,and I really appreciate the fact that it is frost free so I won’t have to defrost it. It also has a great alarm that sounds every time my kids forget to shut your door all the way which happens quite a lot around here. I love this freezer and I am grateful for it!

I've been real happy with this freezer. I have not seen any frost build up as some of the earlier reviews have reported. Love it!!!

This freezer is just right. On a limited budget, live in the mountains and go to town once a month. I can now buy in bulk because of this freezer and it holds a lot of stuff. Certainly I purchased this item as it has made my life a lot easier.

I purchased this freezer a little bit over a month ago. Upon plugging it I immediately noticed the green light to show me that the freezer was working. About 2 hours later I put in the first items to be frozen and was amazed at how cold the inside had become. If not for the green light, I would not have known it was running. Very happy with my purchase.

I expected this freezer to have a 13 cu. ft. capacity as labeled. It does not and I should sue Frigidaire because could not get everything into it from an 11 cu. ft. freezer and had to give away over $200 worth of food.
