We just had this delivered yesterday and while it looks great and keeps things cool, our experience has been very frustrating. _x000D_ _x000D_ The first thing is that it doesn't recognize the included air filter so it beeps almost non-stop. we've tried reinstalling the filter and resetting sensor many times but that only buys us about 10 seconds before it starts beeping again._x000D_ _x000D_ The second thing is that the door light switch doesn't work. It's not so much that it's broken, but that it was poorly designed and/or manufactured. It's a magnetic reed switch that requires two magnets to be interact with each other to toggle the light. Unfortunately, the magnet on the door is 1/2" too high to interact with the magnet on the frame so it's useless. _x000D_ _x000D_ The most annoying thing, though, was that the included manual and all the information on Frigidaire's website for this model is clearly for a different model. My wife tried calling Frigidaire customer service and after a very frustrating experience trying to reach an actual person, the Frigidaire representative hung up on her when she couldn't find the answer. _x000D_ _x000D_ After several hours of searching I finally found a wiring diagram on a third party repair website which helped me find the door switch (which wasn't even remotely close to where the manual said it would be.). As noted above, it's a recessed magnetic reed switch that's hidden by a cover under the door so it's difficult to find._x000D_ _x000D_ Ultimately, this model is fairly new and has a lot of potential, but it needed a lot more testing and quality control before going into production.

We have been happy with the new refrigerator. The auto door closing is a nice feature. The Stainless Steel finish doesn’t show fingerprint s which is awesome. The door shelves are all wide allowing for lots of storage space. We don’t have the optional ice maker installed yet but I’ll be adding an extra freezer shelf to make the freezer easier to keep organized. One shelf in the freezer won’t be enough for me. Overall, we are pleased with this refrigerator.

Bought this fridge and the deli fridge does not work. Stay away from this fridge.

This is the most horrible customer care service that I have ever had to deal with. I have been trying to get a burned out light bulb replaced on a brand new fridge for over a month now and I have still not received a word from Frigidaire as to when a new one will be mailed to me. Neither has anyone emailed me or called me in this regard. I have only been getting the run around from anyone that I may have spoken to. I am beyond disgusted with the lack of professionalism or concern for my issue which should not be taking this long to get resolved._x000D_ Frigidaire fridge Model number FGHT2055VF Serial number BA1290340_x000D_ The serial numbers on the 3w bulb which came with the fridge are KEID28X, KEL2816X, E335197,09-27-19, S02,AC-100-265V. I tried to go get a new bulb myself. I went to 5 different stores which should have had them in stock, but I was told that this is a specialized bulb which would be expensive. The 5 stores that I went to are Home Hardware, Canadian Tire, a lighting store nearby which has a very large inventory, Corbeil appliance and Home Depot. I cannot begin to tell you how frustrated I am as I seriously should not have to go through such hardship. Can you please have someone send me a large quantity of bulbs please so that I don’t have to go through this again. I have paid $300 for a 4 year extra warranty and I should not be having to concern myself with any of the problems that I have experienced within the very short period which I have had this brand-new fridge.

Les compartiments, tirroirs et tablettes sont super pratique. Format compact qui nous a permis d’avoir un frigo plus spacieux dans le meme espace. Par contre c’est le frigo le plus bruyant que j’aie eu et les portes ne se referment pas toute seule.

This fridge was delivered on April 6th, 2022 and stopped working on May 27th, 2022. Also, this fridge makes a lot of weird noises. I wish I could return this fridge and get a different one. DON'T BUY THIS FRIDGE!

Very disappointed! Every fridge has some sort of levelling system floors are not alway level. This Fridge has no ability to adjust the legs / wheels to compensate for any deviation of floors or to match level of two units! Instruction say install on level floor.

Bought this 7 weeks ago and it stopped working after 4-5 weeks. _x000D_ There is no one to service and no response received when promised in 3-5 days from Frigidaire.

I got this fridge for not even 2 years and it’s just started making loud noise and stop getting cold out of nowhere. All my foods got bad had to throw everything away. They said it has a problem with the compressor, takes 2 weeks to get the piece. They didn’t even offer a credit for all the foods I lost because of their manufacturing issue.

DON'T BUY THIS FRIDGE!_x000D_ The compressor has problem, very bad noise...I've tried to call customer service they have book technicians but they were not able to repair it. waste of money and time.
