quality is excellent, HUGE since the ice dispenser is in the lower freezer compartment not taking up room in the refrigerator section, water dispenser not quite as cold as I was accustomed to with a door ice/water dispenser, know issue. Freezer top shelf deeper, and half taken by icemaker, so much less height in the bottom drawer available. but lots more fridg space

J’ai acheté un ensemble de produits Frigidaire sur une application en ligne incluant un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière et un lave-vaisselle. Malheureusement nous ne sommes pas satisfaits des 3 produits reçus. La porte gauche du réfrigérateur se ferme bien une fois sur deux. Pour les fois où elle bloque, il nous faut tourner la languette manuellement. C’est décevant pour un produit de ce standing. J’ai contacté le service à la clientèle et on m’a dit que c’est une situation connue et qu’il faut fermer une porte avant l’autre. La solution proposée ne fonctionne pas à tous les cas. Il faut croire qu’on est tombé sur un produit qui a un défaut.

One week after purchasing , there is an electrical issue . No lights in the frig ._x000D_ Turns out , needs 5 new parts . Good new the freezer & frig are operating ._x000D_ Still waiting for parts ( 3 weeks) . Whirlpool , Can you step-up your quality controls ? Thanks

Pros: lots of space for various size containers. Consistent cooling/freezing. Good lighting._x000D_ Cons: Frequency of alarm sound too high for senior ears - can't hear it. Experienced when power outage/restoration. Alarm panel in door showed red indicator, but wasn't seen until the next time the door was opened. Thought that the audible alarm was broken. Repair man indicated that many seniors seemed to have this problem. Ice bucket too large, reducing room for food items.

This fridge was delivered less than a week ago but a cap was missing from the freezer door I have been calling and talking to a computer and then a service person spent over an hour then the call was dropped twice did they phone back no_x000D_ also tried using automated line to no avail_x000D_ what happened to customer service_x000D_ What will happen if I have some real problems and warranty

We are very pleased with this refrigerator. It is very bright inside and spacious inside. The outside panel does not show any fingerprints.. It's also a lot more efficient than our previous 19 year old refrigerator.

With the French doors I can reach items without having to pull out other items. The door storage is perfect for the larger items like. The slide shelf works well with the bagged milk pitcher. The inside of the fridge is brightly lit so we can even see things in the corners. _x000D_ Water inside the door is fast and the ice machine makes smaller sized cubes so I don't miss the crushed ice feature we had on the old fridge. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.

Cools well and fairly evenly through out. Door shelf space is great and I think either Frigidaire understates its capacity or LG overstates(previous disaster fridge). _x000D_ Seems ice maker doesn't know the freezer door is open and dumps fresh ice while door is open. There were some problems also with the way all door were pre-adjusted at the factory. Freezer door seal would not seat properly as a result. Frigidaire sent a tech to fix and adjust and all is more or less well now. The door handles tend to catch more visible hand smears from distracted cooks but the finger print free door panels stay amazingly unstained. I want to repeat it does cool very well. Now all we can hope for is it lasts longer than the typical pitiful 10 year or less life span of modern appliances.
