Unfortunately the water line on the front dispenser started leaking. Along with that when the repairman was checking things over, he discovered another water line that wasn’t assembled properly and potentially could have came off and caused a major water leak

I bought this fridge to replace a Kitchen Aid that only lasted 6 years. This fridge has so much room inside in comparison. It is very sleek looking and easy to clean!

We bought this fridge a couple months ago. Really enjoy the extra room compared to our old fridge. The lights it has inside make it easy to find things. Love the fridge.

We bought this fridge a month ago and so far we love it. It has two adjustable shelves inside which make even more room for taller items. The fridge is very roomy inside and is so bright when you open the doors. I love the dual ice makers too.

I purchased this refrigerator on March 17. I was very happy with the look and how spacious it is. My problem started approx a week later when I noticed my flooring bulging. When we pulled the refrigerator out we saw that it had been leaking. We found that one of the hoses (5 hoses in back) was leaking. Contacted Electrolux and they assured us that a tech would be dispatched and I would get compensation for the damages to my property. After several emails and phone calls I’m happy to say that the problem has been fixed and I will receive compensation for my damages. It turns out one of the hoses feeding the ice maker was not installed properly.

So far fridge has been great, very easy to set up the water hookup, some difficulty adjusting the doors, and had to readjust a few times to stop the water dispenser from leaking. The water line at the top of the door looks bent, hoping it doesn't cause leaks.

Just purchased this fridge 4.5 months ago. The adjusting temp for the fridge has been an issue for a few months (several times unplugging the fridge and packing everything elsewhere) Luckily it was winter. They came and replaced some part which seems to be working fine for a few weeks but the indicator has come on again. And next will be the alarm causing us to, once again, unpack and unplug everything and wait. Last visit I questioned the doors not closing on their own and was told we would have to put a piece of wood under the front to make it unlevel. Um...seriously? Smudgeproof, not. I have smudges that simply won't go away. I really love this fridge, size and features, but this is getting very frustrating. Had GE fridges before with zero issues.
