I love this appliance. It works so well and cooks so evenly. I’ve never had a speed oven before but it’s been perfect for our family.

Bought this unit recently. Microwave won’t work properly as the sensors in the door malfunction. Have to push the door on left side to have the microwave work. Fee weeks ago the complete module shut down and won’t power on. Had to power off the switch on control panel and unit came back to life after a day.

We had our brand-new kitchen installed with all new appliances. I love the look and practicality of this piece, but we used it only a handful of times and within a month, it died. We had the unit serviced, and 2 weeks later, the same thing happened. In the middle of using the appliance, it just dies and wont turn back on. So after months of renovations and having no appliances, we can't use this appliance AGAIN. The customer service is horrid - so hard to reach a real live person. The chat feature leaves us hanging, and then getting in touch with a human on the phone is always a lengthy and frustrating process. If this thing worked it would be 5 stars because I love it. But we got a lemon, apparently.

I’m still getting used to our new oven/microwave but so far really love it. Simple to use and so many features. The only drawback is I haven’t found a way to change the tone of the beep when done. I find it long and an annoying tone.
