We really love our refrigerator and don’t find it too noisy, it rumbles and clanks as ice drops or water goes into the ice maker but our old 2008 Frigidaire Gallery did that too. We have no problem with the veggies freezing because we make sure there is ample room for air to circulate. Although it has smaller capacity and non movable shelves, once you get inventive everything fits. We found we had a second ice maker in the freezer but the partition to stop the ice falling out is missing. _x000D_ Hi Frigidaire could you send one please.

J’ai acheté le produit et je l’es fait changer parce quil fait un bruit tres fort pas toujours mais de temp sen temp 3 ou 4 foi par jours et meme la nuit et la il es changé et ca fait pareille jaimpas brancher l’eau encore es ce que ca peux etre le problème?

After much research, we purchased the Frigidaire professional French door refrigerator a couple of weeks ago. It is a fantastic fridge, well laid out inside and I love the 40/60 door split. Also love the fact that the crisper drawers can open fully with just the door in front of them being open. Many competitors’ French door fridges require both doors to be open for either of the crisper drawers to open fully which is annoying. Also love the tall water bottle dispenser which fits our sports bottles easily. And the second ice maker in the lower freezer section which can be easily turned on or off as needed will also be very handy. We find the fridge quiet and are very pleased with our purchase. _x000D_ _x000D_ The only complaints I have is that the doors do not open fully (only open to 120 degrees rather than 180) so this makes removing the upper ice maker difficult. Also, the hinge is positioned such that the fridge must stick out 6” from the edge of the pantry in order for the doors to open, so it is not flush with the pantry at all, despite being “counter depth”. That’s probably my biggest complaint. I wish the designers had used a different hinge design. But other than that, I would highly recommend this fridge.

We have had the refrigerator for 6 months now and have been nothing but regretful of this purchase. It makes al sorts of noises that actually can be heard over our television. We have had company comment on the noises. If I could do this over again I would not buy this unit. It is very irritating. We had our last version of this series of refrigerator for 15 years and were very happy. These noises should not be considered normal and acceptable. The kicker was this past Saturday when we smelt an electrical burning smell. Turns out it was coming from the refrigerator which we unplugged for fear of a fire. We luckily had a freezer to transfer our frozen goods to but had to toss all our fresh foods. We have been without a fridge for 5 days now and waiting. After reading other reviews this seems to be a common complaint.

This is the worst quality appliance I’ve ever purchased. _x000D_ 1. NOT COUNTER DEPTH- Other reviews have mentioned. The hinge design is horrible and takes up so much space. The door WILL hit your counter top._x000D_ 2. VERY, VERY, VERY LOUD - Right out of the box it sounded like an airplane. Seriously, the noise from the fridge is unbearable. You can’t have a conversation in the same room. This is obviously a defect but after 2 months of trying to reach Frigidaire by every means for service, still nothing._x000D_ 3. OVERHEATING- 3 hours after plugging the fridge in, it started overheating. It beeps constantly to let you know. The back of the fridge was so hot I burnt my hand. It is a serious FIRE HAZARD._x000D_ 4. NOT STAINLESS STEEL- Although it looks like stainless steel, I believe it is just a coating. It is fully magnetic._x000D_ 5. WATER NOT COLD- The water reservoir is so small that you get warm water after 1 cup because the back of the fridge is so hot._x000D_ I'm now in the process of trying to claim warranty through my credit card purchase protection since you can't reach Frigidaire.

This fridge came with broken water lines and sounds like a chainsaw going off in my house at random hours of the day and night to the point where it wakes me up. This was delivered a week and half ago and has been nothing but a problem. On top of the money I spent on the fridge, now I have to buy water and ice because its still broken!

Purchased in Sept 2021, delivered April 2022. We had contractors work off of the exact specifications of this fridge as provided on this website. The specifications are WRONG. HxWxL is no issue, but the way the door opens at the hinge/pivot presents a glaring problem for anyone that is having a kitchen built and the cabinets ordered to fit the specifications of their appliances. _x000D_ _x000D_ On page 3, the diagram at the bottom left, bottom right, and upper right all indicate that the fridge's doors open flush with the side of the fridge - allowing the fridge to slide back a little further providing that custom fit look. As indicated by my photos, this is not the case. _x000D_ _x000D_ The doors pivot outwards meaning that we have to pull the fridge out to prevent it from hitting the cabinets. _x000D_ _x000D_ Apparently not a customer service issue that the website/their company provided the wrong information. _x000D_ _x000D_ Feeling hung out to dry here.

wE BOUGHT THIS FRIDGE 2 MONTHS AGO AND NOW IT DOESN'T WORK AND ANOTHER PART IS ORDERED FOR THE 2ND TIME AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THIS PART WILL BE IN AND THEY DON'T EITHER!!!

Terrible- very disappointed in product and even more disappointed in customer service which is non existent. Cannot get any on the phone and when you do, you simply referred to another recorded number. Would not have bought product if I had read reviews. I am in the process of writing a complaint to the BBB, my ombudsman and Mr. Samuelson

Unit was installed about 6 weeks ago and to this day, it does not freeze ice cream. I have had two technicians out One agreed the freezer was not cold, but when he called Frigidaire, they said the unit can have an 8 Deg variation between set temperature and actual temperature. Second technician argued with me that it freezes ice, so it works. He did not seem to understand that freezing ice is at 32 deg F and not zero. So I went out and purchased a Govee WiFi Digital Thermometer and have been tracking the unit for the last month. Temperature is accurate to ±0.54?/±0.3?. Over the last month, this freezer has not been able to maintain a temp of -1 F. Average temp is 1.3 deg F, and the swings in temp variation are not 8 deg as the tech stated, but closer to 12. it is also clear that the unit has never stopped running. Looking at the temp map, it cant even hold temp when everyone is sleeping. if you don't like ice cream, buy it. it is a great unit for size and space. But if you want a freezer that freezes properly. Do not buy this unit.
