We purchased this refrigerator because our previous Fridgidaire refrigerator broke after 3 1/2 years and could not be fixed. We were given a discount to buy another. The new models freezer space is very small and the water dispenser leaks. We have called warranty to have someone come out and look at it.

Defective from the moment we received it and we are still waiting on a solution several weeks later. Day of delivery (June 13) we plugged it in, and right away the doors would not stop beeping. It keeps giving us door ajar alerts even though nothing is ajar. On top of this, the unit has splatter of some sort of orange substance inside in various spots which has made us question if it was used? It is not typical appliance grease. Anyways, we filed a complaint after only a few hours of having it in our house and trying absolutely everything to troubleshoot with Frigidaire customer service over the phone. One week later they send a repair contractor who says he wants to replace the entire doors but that Frigidaire won't let him and they instead they suggest ordering individual parts. We assume these parts are being ordered. Followed up with this repair company this week after hearing nothing, and apparently they are waiting on Frigidaire to verify part numbers. It's been two weeks since their visit and no response from Frigidaire. Verifying a part number should not take this long. Honestly, this is a very frustrating and inconvenient process being WITHOUT a fridge in our new home. When purchasing brand new appliances, you expect them to come working. Instead of sending a repair person I feel the unit should just be replaced. We understand things happen during quality control but now we are questioning our choice of Frigidaire for our appliance package to begin with and will not be satisfied until this has been resolved. Proceed with caution if purchasing!

The sewers don’t open all the way making it real hard to reach the produce at the back of the drawer.

Installed a 23.3 cu ft counter depth bottom freezer fridge several weeks ago & can’t say I’m happy with it. I haven’t called Frigidaire yet but there is ice on the back wall behind both crispers so that anything that sits towards the back of the crispers gets frozen! I have tried changing the fridge temperature from 37 to 34 & back again but there’s no change in the ice formation on back wall. Both crispers are a decent size but it’s hard getting things out because the crispers don’t pull out very far. Also the on/off switch for the ice is in the most ridiculous position that you can’t see it by bending down & almost need to be upside down to find it!! Also short recessed door shelves at the bottom on of each door? You can’t even see the shelf without bending down. Good place to put stuff & forget it!!!!

Overall I’m happy with the fridge but having problems with things freezing on the upper shelf of the fridge. Also the freezer door doesn’t open evenly. It’s seems to slide to one side so you have to make sure you pull it in the middle.

This fridge has everything you need. I especially like _x000D_ the special drawer for cheese and cold cuts.
