So far everything is great about this fridge._x000D_ Sturdy shelves, freezer/fridge temps excellent and can be adjusted ro your liking. Recommended

I got this product with out adequately researching it I guess. It has a fan that runs 80% of the time and is very loud, I am told that it makes the fridge more efficient and will save us money. _x000D_ The water spout gets airlocked quite easily and dribbles for a few days after each time it happens. _x000D_ The depth of the freezer does not allow me to stack may of the appetizer boxes so that I can see what they are. _x000D_ It is a nice looking fridge and easy to keep clean, I would not want to own it again though.

right away we had an error code, which according to Google., is common with your products, and yet you still ship out fridges with this defect._x000D_ shows you dont care about customers. Last time i will ever buy this brand or any affiliate.

I had a terrible experience with this fridge. The water and ice dispenser wasn't working right from the first hour. Costco replaced it with a new one, but the second fridge had the same issue. This product is clearly unreliable. I strongly advise against buying it. It's not worth the hassle.

1 beyond frustrated and disappointed

I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with my experience with the Frigidaire Professional refrigerator, which was supposed to be a top-tier appliance. From the moment it was installed, it has caused nothing but problems. The main issue? It freezes everything in the refrigerator compartment. Eggs have frozen and burst, fruits and vegetables have been completely ruined, and even medication stored in the fridge became unusable, resulting in serious complications. I’ve lost time, money, and peace of mind dealing with this nightmare of an appliance. When I contacted customer service, I expected swift action to replace this defective product. Instead, I was told it would only be “fixed” because that’s what your warranty states. Let me emphasize: THIS REFRIGERATOR WAS BRAND NEW. A product that cannot function correctly from day one should be replaced outright, not endlessly repaired while the customer suffers. After reluctantly agreeing to the repair, the technician came, replaced a part, and the issue persisted. Food is still freezing. Now, I’m being told I’ll have to take yet another day off to accommodate another repair attempt. This is unacceptable! Why should I have to endure this endless cycle of failure for a brand-new appliance that is clearly defective? I trusted Frigidaire to deliver a high-quality product, and instead, I’m stuck in an ongoing nightmare. My household has lost hundreds of dollars in spoiled food, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. If this is what your “professional” line represents, then you’ve lost a customer for life. This issue must be resolved immediately with a FULL REPLACEMENT of the refrigerator. Anything less is a complete failure of customer care and product quality. I demand immediate action to make this right.

1 1-800-265-8352 the summun of inefficacity

Brand New Fridge . Very Unhappy With Frigidaire - Fridge is malfunctioning and too cold . Produce is frozen in the storage bins, and the deli meat is frozen on the deli setting in the slide drawer (2-oC this morning !) . Customer service is hidding inefficacity behind "internal procedures". It takes 3 days to approve a refund ! Do you believe that ! I'm waiting for 2 month with this malfunction fridge and it's not enough for the Frigidaire company. Very disappointing to see the lack of service of this reknowned company... Don't tell me to call 1-800-265-8352, that's them I'm talking about !!
