Have had the evaporator changed twice and now it is broken again and needs another evaporator. It seems that this is now an annual repair. what is wrong here? Would never buy this product again.

Now this is a fridge !! we have had alot of fridges but this one is our favorite plenty of storage nice controls water dispenser is a little bit odd but after you learn to use it it's good. The vegetable compartment keeps the produce fresh l9nger than our other fridge, plenty of storage _x000D_ Too you won't be disappointed

A nice all fridge model. I would prefer it was deeper and had an additional shelf similar to my previous fridge.

The evaporator unit on my new fridge unit has failed twice now. The service organization that they use is called Trans Global Service. They are disorganized and lack customer service skills. They aren’t able to repair evaporation units so they then subcontractor the work out to others and you end up getting the run around. Their communication is poor. It is July and my problems with the fridge started in February. I would recommend avoiding all Fridgedaire products and other products manufactured by Electrolux such as Kitchen Aid or you will get stuck with their poor warranty service provider if something goes wrong. For this price of a fridge there are probably a lot better choices on the market.

We had an older version of this fridge that finally died after a good life. We ordered the new one as we love single fridge. The new one is just off the mark. It’s looks great but little things are frustrating. The drawers are flush with the shelves (not under the shelves so losing space) and when you take something off the shelf the drawer pulls out. The door shelves are awkward and hard to put items out of, not horrible but just awkward. The door is all the way to the floor so if your foot happens to be in the way it’s getting smooshed. Drawers do not feel stable, they twist just a bit when opening. I want to love it but can on my just barely like it. _x000D_ Furthermore it came slightly damaged and had to call a technician out to verify ok. Still waiting on a reply on how I’ll be compensated for this. Overall just about there but the little things and lack of faith in the product may make me just sell it and buy something different. I was so excited for this and it’s been a bit of a let down. .

Bought this as part of a builder's package and we took possession of the home over a month ago. Since then, the door sensor keeps beeping as it the door was left open. So we have to constantly push the door hard and push it again twice ... EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not impressed so far while we get the run around with the appliance store/builders/sub-contractor repair company.

I’m sick of it!, I love all the 5 star reviews from people who have just purchased it and haven’t had it too long. Mine is 5 years old in August and has had 3 door seals, 2 electronic control boards and an evaporator, thank god for my extended warranty! Still to this day the stuff on the top freezes and the temperature is all over the map, usually running between 26f to 42f depending on what shelf the thermometer is on. The shelves are great and it’s a great looking fridge but that’s where it ends!
