Just received the stove last week._x000D_ Followed instructions and applied the ceramic cleanser before use ...we used the stove like two times and I already see scratches. We didn't even slide the pots ..I tried to remove the scratches once the burner cooled down and it's still there. I feel like if we spending money on a stove it should be able to handle pots and not scratch that easily after second use. Kind of ridiculous. On the good side it heats up fast and the oven is pretty good.

We had to replace our old stove and I researched and found this one to have what need. It's very easy to use. The oven heats up very fast as well as the cook top. We really like the front stove dials just above the oven door.
