Bought this fridge in July, when it was delivered the freezer door was damaged (had insulation coming out around control panel), and also didn't match the finish of the other side of the fridge. I was told to keep using the unit and a new door would be ordered. The new door did not arrive until late October. During this time the fridge froze items on the lower rack, even when set to the recommended temperature. I even measured temperature elsewhere in the fridge and it was normal operating temperature (about 4 Celsius). The service tech told me it was a vent design flaw that pumped cold air into that spot on the fridge and my only solution was to avoid using that space or to increase the temperature of the rest of the fridge. Also had an inoperable Air Filter indicator light on the Control Panel. A new panel was ordered and arrived months later with the same issue. The service company then told me that although there is the indicator on the panel and it is advertised, it does not function on this model. I've sent several inquiries to Frigidaire to confirm this but have received no response. After the freezer door was replaced the seal needed repair and I lost food/use of my freezer as it was freezer burning anything I placed inside. The fridge is also constantly loud and peaks higher at times, as others had noted. When I first raised this complaint, I was told it may be related to the damaged freezer door. The door was replaced and the fridge is still loud/getting worse. Additionally the seal strips on the fridge drawers constantly fall off. Overall this is the worst appliance I have ever bought. The retailer and Frigidaire keep pushing me back to the other as I am trying anything I can to get a refund as I am still in the warranty period with a fridge that has ongoing issues that can't be solved. I will never buy from my local retailer or Frigidaire again.

I purchased this Fridge from home depot in Jan 2023. It is the first time I've had a side by side fridge and I am happy with the product. The ice capacity is awesome, certainly not likely to run out as was the case with my previous fridge. Only criticism is both the compartments are a little narrow so if you have a full fridge you may need to navigate items to get what you're looking for. Overall it's a great product for the price!

We really like the fridge, but we have three fridges with ice makers and find that this on has the two paddles close together so I eguolarly get water coming out while I am getting ice.

Bought a few weeks ago. So far so good. The lighting is not the best set up and there are only 2 storage drawers, 3 is what I am accustom to and I think better. The doors also require a bit more space from the wall than my previous fridge. Not crazy about the grey colour on the sides and the floor support

There is only one light in the freezer and fridge. Dark elsewhere._x000D_ Space is small. Needs one more shelf in the fridge. _x000D_ The ice maker takes up too much room in the freezer._x000D_ We were supposed to have white glove set up - not impressed. I had to work a long time to get is set up. _x000D_ Cannot level it properly. _x000D_ Ice maker is slow to make ice. _x000D_ Noise is constant and annoying._x000D_ Needs one more container for storage in the bottom.
