This laundry center is slightly taller than the one it replaced._x000D_ Bigger problem is it won’t stop beeping when a load is done. Since the dials are electric they don’t turn off when the load is complete.

I bought this product about 2 months ago. It is a quiet unit and has a deep drum which is good for duvets and bigger items. My biggest concern is it constantly displays balance load and even after rearranging the items inside and having a good load amount, it will not finish the spinning cycle. I have had to press the reset button by undoing the front panel several times. New model yet not sure why I am having to reset so many times.

This is my first stackable laundry centre, so I find it awkward and small to remove the laundry from the washer. The Washer seems smaller than 4.3 Cu. ft, I could barely was a twin size comforter, which made the machine unbalanced and ended up taking me several hours to finally wash as I had to wait 6 minutes everytime to unlock the lid. And accidently cancelled the cycle and since there is no "just spin" cylcle had to go through a whole rinse and spin, more than once. Both the washer and dryer beep once done and will continue to do so until you open the doors. There is no way to turn the alarm off, so you cannot turn your washer or dryer on and go to bed as you will be woken by the constant beeping.

We bought this because we needed a small unit. It's very finicky and often beeps mid wash. If I don't hear it in time, I have to restart the washer. I cannot find how to prevent this though the manual.

I bought this a few weeks ago and have used it maybe 10 times and already the dryer is not working properly. It runs a few minutes and shuts off telling me to clean the lint filter which is already clean. The lint filtration set up is terrible, every time I open the door there is lint all over the clothing because it is not properly captured in the lint filtration area, that being when the dryer did work. It’s a poor design.

We had an older Frigidaire stackable washer & dryer 10 years ago - and we were able to take out the wet clothes so easily since the drum was spinning. But this new model does not allow that. So given my short arms, I need to have a tool to help me to take out some of the stuck pieces of clothing! Thought Technology would improve the model and not set it back ... very disappointing!

I bought this laundry center about a year ago simply for the space saving aspect. There are 2 things I dislike about this product. It does not spin between washing the clothes and rinsing, it just let's some water out and then starts filling for the rinse. I would rather it spin out ALL the dirty water before rinsing. Also, when it does spin at the end of the cycle often it's off balance even if you look in and it doesn't look like it, it won't spin. Very annoying and because of that takes alot longer to do the load....Will not buy one again!!

I hate this machine. You cannot get hot water on any cycle. The closest to hot is the Heavy Soil Cycle, which at least is warm. However, this cycle takes forever. Would not recommend!!

I just bought a Frigidaire washer dryer. Only used it a few times. _x000D_ The Dryer only runs for a couple minutes than stops, with a light indicating 'clean lint filter'. I repeatedly clean the lint trap, but the problem persists. How can my new appliance already stop working? (Tried calling customer care, but each time, after waiting on hold, the automated responce hangs up on me). I am very disappointed with Frigidiare.

Very happy with dryer and washer capacity and the looks of it, works well when it does... but it doesn't usually. Spin and drain cycle is always stopping or restarting or just sitting there or re-rinsing. It is level, loads are on the smaller size of medium. Seems to work empty so drain hose is working fine. Would be great to get some support from Frigidaire but they "aren't taking calls" and I cannot register my product online after many attempts, which has me concerned about warranty. Finally found a way to message them, so hoping all of this gets solved so I can be happy about our purchase.
