My wife has struggled with this washer since we bought it in November. It is incredibly loud when filling. We’ve phoned for service 4 times and end up with American dealers or no response at all.

I’ve had to repair this piece of crap 6 times. This unit is not even 4 years old. Malfunctions all the time.

We just had this unit installed and did a few regular loads. I was pleased with the washer capacity and the clothes dried quickly. Toda was my first time washing bedding that includes a100% cotton bedspread. Unbalanced load came on. The lid would no unlock. Finally rearranged everything and tried again. Still unbalanced load. So I pulled out the soaking wet bedspread and put in the remaining laundry. As others have indicated, there is no straight spin cycle (I tried drain and spin) and more water was added. Finally getting through the spin cycle and wondering what's going to happen when try to spin the bedspread by itself. It is single bed sized, so ir is not terribly big and I definitely did not have this problem with my pervious machine.

I bought this 6 months ago and have great difficulty getting service on it. If it goes off balance during the spin cycle you can't open it to rearrange the load. The water level in normal is too low for my liking. They say it is energy efficient. the spin cycle seems to take forever. Very dissatisfied with the machine. I'll take my old one back any day.

My machine 's washer has malfunctioned from the first load. I purchased this machine 2 weeks ago and used it for the first time on Friday September 9, 2022. During every load I did on Friday, I had to rebalance the load numerous times during both the spin and rinse cycles. Did not matter what I did...moved clothes around, took clothes out of the machine,,,the balance load light came on. I managed to get two loads done and it took hours. The third load is still in the machine sopping wet because I simply can not get the clothes to rebalance. I just hope i can return this machine to the retailer. So disappointed and angry.

This works well for 2 people living in a condo. However, the end-of-cycle beeping goes on repeatedly and makes me want to throw it off the roof. It's incessant and unnecessary. Beeeeep Beeeep Beeep...pause 30 seconds & repeat many times.

I would go down to the river with an old fashion washboard before I would buy this machine again! Don't get me wrong as long as you don't load it unbalanced (which is whole other issue with this machine!) it cleans and dries very well BUT the insistent beeping is enough to drive you crazy. I can't understand how any engineer would design something to beep so long! Once or twice would be fine but to beep every 20 seconds for eternity is torture. Ok I am being a bit dramatic but seriously the beeping is truly is annoying.

I purchased this unit less than 4 months ago and have already spent $600 in repairs. Unfortunately I can't find my receipt, which seems to mean I'm eligible for no support, but this should NOT be happening. Do not buy this unit!
