New washer/dryer turned out to have bugs but am impressed by how fast service reacted. Turns out 2 parts require replacing.

Our landlord replaced the last unit with this make and model. We should of put up with the small leak in the old one rather than go through the "unbalanced load" issue. Having owned many washers in the past you would think the engineers would of left something alone if it worked in the past. The continuous off and off sound from the solenoids voids the "quiet pack" claim as well. Should supply complimentary ear plugs.

The spon cycle is very noisy. I owned a frididaire affinity stacked set which has been discontinued. I loved it. I also had white residue from detergent although I use liquid detergent. We have not yet bonded.

I have been using this appliance for a couple of months now. Everything has been working as it should. Clothes come out clean and dry. First time using a stackable and am happy with its stability, it does not shake or move

Purchased 15 of these products and will never buy Frigidaire again.. Water does not drain and warranty has left our tenant without service for over a month and smelly water in the machine. Many scheduled appointments and they failed to call or show up very disappointing and stressful

We set up a washer/dryer set on the main floor. We are happy that it fit in well in our pantry. It has been very convenient. _x000D_ _x000D_ Our only issue has been that it is often off balance and shuts down mid-cycle.

The dryer making very loud noise after 2 months because of dryer seal broken but they come to fixed quickly
