in april of 2020, we purchased this product online through costco. it came with a 2-year warranty. i recently experienced failure of the glass top. there was no sudden impact to the top. while a burner was set to on, the glass top cracked across two burners. i contacted samsung regarding the issue to find out they are not willing to help, being that my product is now 24 days outside of its warranty. i have found out it will likely be more cost effective to replace the entire range rather than service the glass top. very upset to have a home appliance that couldn't last 24 days outside of its warranty. also upset by the lack of consideration for a grace period by samsung for a long-time customer. i will be shopping elsewhere for a replacement range.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Cooks great. The only problem is that you need to be careful about touching the main display because you can inadvertatnly turn things off. The cook surfaceis easy to clean.

I've had this range for about for about 4 months now and we are very pleased with it. The slide in flat top range with controls on the front are nice design features. My only issue is that the controls are sensitive to the touch and you need to use the lock feature. No really issue one you get used to it.

Have had a few months and so far I love it. Quick to reach temp, even cooking and helpful extras (timer, warming, stesm clean). Very happy with this purchase.

Had this stove as part of a kitchen remodel. So easy to use. Love the ease of use. The fact that it informs me when my stove goes on-when my teenage kids use it-is a godsend The only downside is when I lean against it, I accidentally turn the warmer on

I am retired and prepare breakfast every day for myself, husband, and dog. It is a great joy to have the various temperatures available on each burner. The warming burner is a benefit as well. All my kitchen is all Samung appliances now and I am very pleased with function and style.

I love that it shows up on my TV when the timer goes off. The timer alarm is hard to hear.
