How can you remove the smart dial? The technician was able to remove the 5 burner knobs but not the smart dial. He needs to remove the front panel in order to adjust the gas intake for the dual burner. I have been waiting since last year for this to get fixed! The flame on the dual burner is too high only on the left side.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Love our new stove! Much easier to keep clean than previous gas range. Also much hotter stove top and oven! Looks sharp! I do have a question. Where would I find the casserole pan that is in the picture with this range? It looks like it fits the space above the fifth burner perfectly!
