i love thw stove. took a little getting use to as our stove was old. the only negative i have is we cannot get the wifi to connect, not been able to get help. tried chat never got back to me said they had 238 before me. i get to the part that shows ap in the window and my phone says “error”. tried multiple times same ending. that is wht 4 stars.

i am very disappointment. first it started working alright and i was excited about it however i noticed i had to push the panel buttons a little harder than i thought but because it was different from what i previously had i thought it was ok. two months after i woke up to an error message on the panel and lights in the oven and since then the only thing that works are the hobs. notified samsung and was told that because 3 german cockroach were found in the system they can't repair the stove because it voids my warranty. they will not even do a diagnostic and by default say "damages" was caused by the insect. what it the probability that you will open a stove or refrigerator without finding an insect? unbelievable! i was on youtube just and i'm not the only one with this problem.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Beautiful looking range. Bakes well and no problem with using multiple pots and pans on top the range at one time. Also allows for many size pans to be used on the range top. The quick boil option is pretty nice too. Also like the wi-if connection on the range. I can turn the oven off or on from my phone from anywhere. I get a message on my phone or iwatch when the oven is heated and ready to go and the same holds true when the timer is set. I will get a message on my device. Very convenient.
