3 Good so far

Great washer when new. Features are just enough if you want a budget washer. Honestly my last washer had steam sanitize and stain away and i found such extra features useless. If you want a good wash just pick the hottest temperature hence why i bought this model and save a few bucks. I hope Samsung built this to last at least 10 years. As my last samsung fell apart in multiple places after 6 years and 2 service calls under extended warranty. I only went samsung again as i stack and didn't want to buy a new dryer. Make sure you get a 5 year service plan. I take 2 stars away for 2 reasons. No drum light. And until samsung proves it a reliable machine can they get that last star

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

2 Vibrate!!

I just got delivered it today. Runs 3 load... realized vibration. I don't know that's normal. It's louder than I expected. I checked the leveling legs and lock still vibrates loud

4 Works great & looks great

Bought this washer (and dryer) about a month ago after returning the washer and dryer we had (9 months old and under warranty) when the manufacturer refused to repair it due to us living in a rural area. We picked out the Samsung set and so far we’re very happy! Works great, quiet, and looks good. Hopefully they continue to perform well, but so far so good. We’d definitely recommend this washer!

1 Worst appliances I have ever bought

I have had my Samsung appliances for over a year now and have to say I am NOT impressed. The laundry machine always goes in-even then wastes power and water trying to fill the tub over and over to balance the load. I will never buy Samsung appliances again.

1 DO NOT BUY!!!

My old Samsung washer that we had for 10 years stopped working and the parts to fix it no one had, so we decided to buy an new machine which was a big mistake. Day one right out of the box it bounce around every where, I leveled it like it tells you to in the instructions and still the same problem. We have tried different amounts of clothes and that didn’t matter it still bounce uncontrollably to the point where it ripped out the brackets for the stacked dryer and dented my walls and scratched the top of the washing machine. I would no recommend this product to anyone. If this is what Samsung is bring to market they are definitely doing something wrong and needs to rethink this division in their company. This isn’t a $200 washing machine but it seem to work like a $200 machine. No a happy customer.

1 Horrible noise and vibration.

Every time I do laundry it sounds like there’s an earthquake. The machine is super loud and shakes the entire floor. Been through all the troubleshooting - levelling, offloading, re-calibration - and the problem has persisted. Extremely disappointed and never want to purchase another Samsung appliance again.

1 Crap

Drum doesn't clean with self clean and stinks. Front Door Seal leaks and is falling apart. Fills with water 3/4 all the time and does not finish wash. Need to unload and drain with a cloth and bucked. I will never buy Samsung appliances again. They need to stick to phones.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

3 Worked great until it didn’t

We bought the Samsung washer and dryer mid 2019 and I must say they work great, very efficient and quiet. A week ago the drum all of a sudden doesn’t turn and is totally seized, a local repair guy who works on Samsung washer tells us after examining the machine that one of the arm of the spider rack in the back of the inner drum is broken and the drum and needs to be replaced cost between $750 and $ 800. He tells us that he has seen this happen before but not on machines just over a year old which also means that the warranty has just expired. Like the machines not the way Samsung backs their product.

5 Perfect machine!

Completely satisfied with the purchase of our Samsung washer and how it washes. The whole buying process from finding the right vendor, order process, timing, installation - all had worked like a charm. Thanks very much Samsung and CAS Canada. Have a merry Christmas you'll!

4 Love my new set

I bought this set two days ago. Only two minor complaints: washing machine cord very short, would be find if you lived in a modern home where you maybe stacking these, but for a older home, it is a challenge. The packing bolts; extremely confusing instructions given. You have a very long screw which you assume is the bolt, but in fact you have to pull the bolt out after removing the screw. If your little black cover does not fit in the hole, you still have a bolt to remove.
