We've had this stove for a couple of months now, and really enjoy cooking on it. The 5 burners provide lots of options, and we like the Quick Boil alot! It does require cleaning, as the cook top really shows spills, but it is easy to lift the grates and mop up messes!

Bought a month ago. Read users manual thoroughly. After 1st use realized no preheat indicator, oven light only works manually and not when door opens, and not sure if oven is preheated because after less than 5 minutes I hear 1 LONG beep. (Not 3 like manual says would happen) Tried online chat for help - was frustrating and got nowhere with automated “Pixie”. Called 1-800 number THREE times! First call said unplug unit for a FEW hours and reassured me it would “reset”.. did NOT. Second call eventually gave me a work order # to send out service in my area and said call them in 24 hours if I didn’t hear from them. When I called they said they DON’t work on appliances still under warranty! THIRD CALL TO FRIGIDAIRE, and they gave me another company name and said call them in 2 to 3 business days if I don’t hear back. When I said I was told last time to call after 24 hours, she said that YOUR agent gave me wrong info! Still waiting to hear from company to arrangemservicecall

I received it as a christmas present and I am so glad we picked it._x000D_ It's easy to clean, had 5 burner options and heats very well. The oven is also great. It cooks very evenly.

I bought this gas range a month ago from coatco. I am impressed with it and love this gas range. Its simple design with careful consideration for day to day use. Cleaning is easy. Oven works great and overall save tons on electric bill. Burners are bigger to smaller with all shapes ans sizes for day to day cooking.

Used the stove 3 times and it's impossible to clean without overloading the system causing us to flip the breaker to reset it. Tech sent out an no one knows how to fix it. Our tech requested that Frigidaire take our current stove and give us a new one so they can work on possible fixes in the lab but they declined. Now we are waiting for parts that don't exist. Not impressed at all by any type of customer service, especially when the Frigidaire tech is saying to flip the stove out.
