The first time I ran this machine I was really sceptical of how little water it used to wash the clothes. But load after load has come out impressively clean! Definitely recommend the 300 model we purchased for value & features.

We got this from Costco. The washer is in efficient and loud. Our old whirlpool is much better. The door is cheap - avoid this one

We bought the washer/dryer set as a second set for downstairs in June It took a couple of weeks before we could install it and right from the beginning the fabric softener dispenser did not work and the softener we originally put in is still in the dispenser over 2 months later. We will be contacting Costco for service to fix the problem Otherwise it appears to be working as it should although sometimes it seems to take longer to wash than the time in the machine says

Got the set from Costco for about 1700CAD, much lower than other products on the market and total value for money. Build quality is good, wash cycles are sufficient and it gets the job done. Not IOT enabled but was not looking for connected appliances anyways. I's definitely recommend. Posting after about 25-30 cycles.

Bought from Costco, and have run about 30 cycles. It's easy to use and does a decent job. I wish there were a few other cycles options - specifically spin only. But so far I have no regrets about purchasing this product and have faith in the brand and its reputation.

Bought brand new last November. Use regularly but lately notice so, so much soap suds remaining behind at end of cycle. Don't know why I didn't notice this way earlier. Discovered an actual mud puddle amount of water in drum dmfor each load. Finally thought to check for water saver plugs at water inlrts. Sure enough. Now water barely covers bottom of drum. Clothes actualky soak up most of the water and then bang around in drum for a lobg while then attempt to rinse. What a joke. Had a visit from the expeet tech here yesterday and electronics were tested and were normal. Apparently this is just the way it is with all of the newer machines and NOTHING can be done. If I had only realized this earlier I would have sent the machine back. I have now startes,adding more water to each wash and rinse with a water hose. What a pain i have rinsed 3 towels now for 15 times and still am not,winning to get the soap rinsed out. Take my word for it, leave the was²her at the store. Screw it. Save your money.

I bought both the front loader and dryer A few months ago, I was very excited they look beautiful! My one concern is that my front loader doesn’t always spin out properly. Every other washer so I’m having to bring out the last few items, and then I’m needing to put the dryer on two or three times to get the clothes dry. I have called warranty about this and both times they have told me just to unplug and plug back in my machine the problem has yet to be resolved but I really hope it does. Without the problem being resolved I wouldn’t recommend Purchasing this washer to a friend but if the problem does get resolved I certainly would recommend these machines
