Bought our washer and dryer a month ago. After the very first wash, we noticed that the softener was not dispensing. Called Electrolux immediately and a technician came within a couple of days. However, the technician wasn’t sure how to resolve the issue and instead ordered a part. It has been 2.5 weeks and we have yet to hear back from the technician regarding the part. Pretty disappointed so far and not feeling confident that the issue will be resolved based on other similar reviews.

Installed this washer 2 weeks ago and so far working great. Biggest surprise is how little water is required to clean. Large capacity but can easily wash small loads as well. Digital Touch settings easy to use.

I bought this washer two weeks ago and I am so pleasantly surprised to see how quiet it is. Very easy to use and understand the different options with the disposition of the touch buttons. It washes the clothes thoroughly with very little water. I’m very happy with my purchase!
