I bought my first Electrolux almost 8 years ago. I love it. I had to replace the washer this year because I didn’t notice a small leak in the back and it corroded in the back. The repair guy couldn’t guarantee that he could fix everything so we replaced with the current version of the same thing. It ended up being cheaper this way. I love the features and size. Washing my queen size comforters was a big requirement. Delivery was good aside from the contracted company who came in to take the old washer. They were a mess.

I bought my machine 8 years ago. I have horrible experience with my electrolux washer. It puts so little water, my clothes come out half dry after wash. Called repairs sent me 2 guys who said this machine does not put more water than this and I should wash omly 2 towels in this huge washer. Store did not return it, electrolux customer service did not even listen. I had to put the hose and add water every wash and rinse. I paid 800 and could not throw it out to buy new one. Now it's rubber turned black even though I used to dry and air after wash. I am looking for new one. Dont buy.

This is our second Electrolux washer. We have two homes and in our second home, when the washer went, we immediately purchased an Electrolux ftp t loader washer. We are very pleased with it, cleans well.

This replaced a 2010 Bosch front loader and I’m delighted with the purchase! Even though the new energy efficient unit’s wash cycles aren’t as long, and the rinse water combines used and fresh instead of all fresh water, my clothes were noticeably cleaner and the lesser washing time wasn’t a negative factor in the cleaning nor the combined water in the rinsing. The high spin made a significant difference in water elimination and it certainly is more quiet than my older unit. Mine is a basic unit, no steam or other high end options, and I’m thoroughly content with my purchase, as our needs are also basic. I have already let the rest of the family know how pleased we are with the product and would give it an unqualified 10.

We recently purchased this Electrolux washer and have been so pleased with our purchase! It replaces another Electrolux unit which served us well for over 13 years and no telling how many loads of laundry for our household of five! That unit had served us so well that we didn’t hesitate for a moment to go with Electrolux once again!

My washer works very well. The only problem I have is that the plastic part where you put the detergent is very hard to take out and even harder to get back in. You have to take it out bc it holds water, which starts to mildew after a while. I hate to take it out to clean it bc it is terribly hard to get back in. Other than that the washer is great.
