The washer is great, has all the features you would expect, and cleans the clothes very well. The reversible door is excellent. It was very easy to switch, and all I needed was a square headed screwdriver. This feature is very helpful for homes that are not set up for the standard “washer on left dryer on right”. It was the primary feature that drove our buy decision.

Unfortunately, we received our new washer, and after the first load, there was water all over my brand new wood floor. Washer arrived with the water valve missing a rubber gasket so now I have been without a washer for two weeks. Hoping it will be a good washer after it is fixed.

I love my new front load washer !! It does a wonderful job and uses such a significant less amount of water. Kudos.

The only problem I have is with the laundry products dispenser, but that means every time I do a wash I have to stop and take a towel and soak up the water left in the bleach and softener part of the dispenser, then I have to hang the towel to dry until the next wash is done. I do not have a sink in my laundry room and this is just extra time added to each wash. If I do not soak up the water, it will stay and that level and start to cause orders, mildew, etc. I think it is a poor design. My washer operates fine except for the dispenser.

The washer is nice and holds a good amount. It doesn't have many temperature settings which is the one thing I don't like.

I wasn't familiar with the brand until a friend who swears by them encouraged me to purchase one and I have not been disappointed. It runs well and saves energy.
