Well the first gas dryer delivered didn't work from the start. Had to return it had wait a week to get another(probably Bestbuys fault more the Electrolux). Installed the 2nd dryer and it works great as expected.(other then the dent in the side of it not sure if it was unboxed in that condition or Bestbuys delivery service) I felt like I paid full price for a scratch & dent/opened box appliance. Bestbuy wanted to replace unit but I didn't want to wait another week & take a chance on being defective again. So far the washer & dryer has worked great very quiet, big capacity. Looks great with a lot of really nice features. Love the lent trap on the dryer doesn't allow the lent to fall down inside the dryer.

Have only had it for about 2 weeks, but so far its been a quality machine. It washes quickly and efficiently.

Love the washer, its big and roomy. I can wash queen size comforters in it. Yeah!!

Both machines , washer and dryer run smooth and quiet, they were a perfect addition to our home , and newly remodeled laundry room. We are expecting many years of service .

Just had this installed today by Lowe’s did a load and as  it began to slow down the load the stacked washer dryer began to sway. The swaying made the whole room shake. I felt it all the way up stairs. This is our 2nd set, the first washer was so loud with grinding noises that we returned it and asked for a new set to be sent. It took a month to get the first set and more than a month for the second. What’s going on with the washing machines Electrolux?  I think I I may have to return this to Lowe’s and buy a speed queen set. I am very very unhappy

Love our new Electrolux washer (and dryer)! The only thing we wish they would have is a smart feature in which there is an app to tell us when the cycle is finished so we don’t forget. Otherwise perfect!
