I have no idea how this has such high ratings!! I have had this set for a little over a year and I have to babysit every load to keep it from walking across the floor. I had a repair man come and look at it and he said because it spins just fine when it's empty that there is nothing wrong with it. I've been doing laundry for 30+ years and never had a problem until this machine. SIMPLY AWFUL!! Do not buy this machine. You will regret it. This is supposed to be self balancing- NOT A CHANCE!!!

I am so happy with my Front Load Perfect Steam Washer with LuxCare. We use the machine multiple times daily, and every wash comes out as clean as the first. The machine is quiet, easy to use, and easy to clean, and we could not be happier.

If you are looking for a washer with a good gentle or delicate cycle, do not buy this machine I have been washing clothes for over 50 years. All my golf clothes that I wash on delicate in Coldwater come out a wrinkled mess. The spin cycle on Low come out a wrinkled mess. The spin cycle on low takes out too much water. I have to set my timer on my phone and run into the washroom to stop the spin cycle five minutes before it ends. So annoying! Also, there is no permanent press cycle for my sheets either. I would not recommend this washing machine. Also, it is very noisy when shifting gears and spinning on all cycles.

This washer produces unbelievable results, does not take much detergent and fabric softener to achieve great results. I have had other washers before and the wash quality does not compare to Electrolux. This machine is super quiet and very compact for tub size. The most noise you will hear from this washer is when the water is filling the tub. Super quiet, even on the max spin cycle there is no noise. By far the best investment I have made was purchasing this washer.

Love my new washer! Beautiful color and looks great in my laundry room. Only suggestion would be to have the option to order with door facing the way needed. I don’t want to take the door apart myself to switch so will have a technician come out.
