The only problem I have with the washer is that the door is difficult to close. It wants to pop back open. When I do get it shut by lifting up on the door, it does lock as it is supposed to.

I love my new washer! Clothes are noticeably cleaner feeling than our previous GE machine. It's also much quieter than our last machine. Very happy with this purchase!

I must say when we moved into our new home and went to order the new washer and dryer, I knew what I wanted. The same set as I had before just new. I walked into the store and the sales person ended up talking me out of what I wanted. Instead I got this washer and dryer set. Roughly the same price so money wasn’t the factor. I have had the machines about 2 weeks and love them. Easy to use. Has the features I like including a quick wash. And the dryer fully dries. Very pleased!

QUALITY of Electrolux appliances is seriously LACKING! I will never buy another Electrolux appliance! The cost does NOT equal the quality of the appliance. I bought a new set when moving into a new house and wish I had my 8 to 10 yr old washer / dryer set. These new appliances are seriously nothing but plastic junk that does a horrible job washing/rinsing/drying my clothing. Energy effiency is a joke considering it often takes extra washing/rinsing/drying time to get a decent result. My advice: do your research and buy another brand, you're paying for the name, Electrolux, NOT QUALITY!
