Purchased the washer and matching dryer and couldn't be happier. We did a lot of research before we decided on this unit and picked it because of features and reviews. These units deo so much, we are still learning, but the more we use and the more we lern, the better we are happy with our decision.

DEFECTIVE!! The door does not close. I purchased on 4/9/24 and have not done a load of wash after being looked at twice. Now Electrolux said they will give me 30% off a new gasket. Seriously your washer is defective and you should replace & repair everything for free or give me a new washer.

We have been using for around 2 months now and so far so good. The extended refresh is great, as I know my laundry will not get moldy or stinky if left too long in the machine. I also love that I can select it as a permanent feature.

My new washer is great! It is very quiet compared to my last washer (different brand). Our laundry room is on the second floor and this one seems to control the vibration/shaking which is wonderful.

I was blown away by how much less soap it uses due to the pre rinse lather feature. Still breaking it in but my clothes feel softer and cleaner than my old system could ever get them. Very happy with my purchase
