Love my Electrolux washing machine. It has such a large barrel that my giant loads seem small. My kind sized bedding doesn’t even fill it up. Everything gets washed in one wash. I love the pods option for detergent pods. It has a very organized dispenser drawer (bleach, softener, pods, liquid, etc). It’s a relatively quiet machine and it beeps when the cycle is finished. I also am in love with the light inside the drum, it makes it so easy to see if I’ve forgotten anything inside.

This washer exceeded my expectations with regard to how clean it got my laundry and how quiet it is. The steam and athletic clothing cycles are just my speed too! Great washing machine!

My previous washer was an electrolux that I was very happy with - when it needed replacement after 12 years, I did not hesitate to look for the same brand as a replacement. My mistake, was to order it from Electrolux's website. On two separate occasions that it was supposed to be delivered, I did not hear the day before what time it would be delivered, and in fact the delivery did not occur and I was not notified . When It was finally delivered a few weeks later and a third day set aside, the washer arrived broken (door would not close) and the delivery crew had to take it back. Add to this HOURS on hold for customer service each time I called to check on these problems. Very kind customer service representatives, but without any ability to address the problem. Now I am waiting for over a month and a half to get my full refund. Many more hours on hold, no ability to speak directly to a supervisor or to the fiscal office that is responsible for processing the rest of the refund. I was refunded after a month for the washer, but have yet to receive the refund for the extended warranty.

We love this washing machine. The cloths seem to get cleaner. We've noticed that there's a small amount of water in the tray that's used to pour in the detergent or the the pods, whatever we're using at the time after the wash is done. Not a game breaker. We just pull the tray out and let everything dry. It's quiet and has a lot of functions.

The washer looks, feels, and sounds solid. I love that I can use pods in the dispensor with a touch of a button.

While I love to research major purchases, it was not possible when we purchased our new Electrolux Washer AND Dryer. Our OG front loader machines (+20) yrs old were on their last legs, we decided to do some "research" and go look and see what's out there. We knew we wanted Electrolux and walked into the last day of a sale at Home Depot. We purchased both the washer / dryer and have never looked back. The washer has so many options you can choose for any fabric, soil level and desired outcome. Couple it with the dryer and you'll be in laundry heaven. _x000D_ _x000D_ Don't hesitate to make the purchase NOW - you won't be disappointed.

Replaced a 10+ year old machine. This machine works great, has tons of features and is fairly quiet. Love it!
