The Electrolux front load washer cleans really well, however there are two issues with it; the clothes always come out hot, even when washing on cold. I think the installers may have switched the hot and cold lines. Second, silky undergarments will get ruined on normal setting. I have to put them in a special bag or wash separately on delicates. Other than that, it is a nice machine.

Very pleased w/the level of cleanliness & variety of options. Only complaint is that it’s louder than my past LG models & wish there was an option for a 30 min wash - vs. just 15 minutes.

I’ve had a wide range of brands for my washer/dryer but since I bought Electrolux. It’s the only brand I’d recommend to anyone. I’ve become brand loyal to it. Great quality, great customer service.

I don't rush to write reviews immediately after purchasing a product. I’ve been using Electrolux appliances for a long time, and they’ve never disappointed me. I purchased the Electrolux Washer, model ELFW7637AT (4.5 cu.ft.), on 12/07/23, and it’s been a year now. The washer is working flawlessly, and I love its simplicity, features, and functions. It’s also energy-efficient, so I received an extra rebate from my electric company. I’m still using my old Electrolux gas dryer, which is in perfect working condition, as shown in the pictures. I wish Electrolux offered a trade-in option to upgrade older appliance with new so we enjoy the latest technology. I also suggest that Electrolux offer a simple pedestal without storage for purchase. I don’t use the storage space but would love to raise my washer or dryer up. I hope the company considers these customer requests. Overall I am happy with my product.
