We are very pleased with our washer and dryer purchase. So many great features and it's easy to use. Great capacity and reasonable wash/dry times. I had no idea our old systems were so bad until we experienced truly clean clothes! The towels come out so fresh and soft.

I like the new washer. Almost just like my old one that lasted about 12 years. Short cycle is great to wash not real dirty furniture covers weekly or more often. And being able to stop and add stuff is a handy feature. _x000D_ Hope it works well for a long time.

Little to no communication about delivery. Spent countless hours on the phone and/or the chat. Misinformation shared. Promises broken. Service appointment moved without warning. Ugh. Not a great experience

I recently had to replace the prior Electrolux washer after 5yrs of use. Warranty company covered but washer was cheaper for them to replace than fix. Some may say only 5 yrs. Let me say a hard 5yrs with a large family washing at least 3-5 days a wk every week since purchase. Needless to say this is a more upgraded version and works fabulously. I have no complaints whatsoever keep doing what your doing Electrolux you have a forever consumer out of me.
