I bought this washer about a month ago, and so far so good, except the Pure Rinse feature can be a disaster. Why not use SmartBoost for every rinsing round? Why only the last round of rinsing? It’s basically pumping mixed soap up the recirculation pipe on the last round of rinsing. The software developers should reconsider using SmartBoost for every rinse round rather than only the last round of rinsing.

just purchased the washing machine yesterday and when it arrived start testing I found this issues , too loud and noisy, there are water leaks from front , also after calling the customer service they are not able to help me or returns it even to send technician to check it they need 10 days , and they will change only the parts and they will never change the machine

This dryer is not good I have had service out 3time for a noise and today I was drying my mattress pad and it got suck and shut down this is a on going thing with this dryer. Never had a problem with my lg dryer or washer at my old house, wash and dry my rugs, mattress pad many of times. I would not buy this dry bad only had it 1 year.

Thoroughly unimpressed. Leaks everywhere on first test use. Followed instructions to the letter and the washer leaks from somewhere underneath. Hoses are all bone dry._x000D_ Do not recommend.

I'm deeply disappointed in this product that really doesn't live up to its hype. I bought this washer based on Lowes recommendation since it was the only one that can take pods in the drawer and not thrown into it. Now, I end up with soap foam residue at the end of each cycle. WHen I called the extended warranty, the technician told me this will happen all the time as long as you're using the pods. you need to switch to liquid or powder instead. This is not what I bought the machine for and I'm waiting for ELectrolux to contact me to fix this issue ASAP. I basically bought a lemon until proven otherwise.

Just purchased the Electrolux front load washer model number ELFW7637AT. During installation I noticed that the washer drain hose was to short and cannot reach the standpipe. I need to purchase a drain hose extender. Does anyone know where I can order one and what the manufacturer and part number is?

I bought this washer 3 weeks ago and I love it ! I didn’t realize that my other washer wasn’t getting my whites clean till I used the optic white cycle what a difference . I like that the pod is dissolved before it starts washing. This washer is a great buy .
