Love all the available features! _x000D_ My white clothes has never been so white! _x000D_ Children’s socks does often get stuck in the door, not a big deal.

I consulted fairly widely, and read Consumer Reports before buying. The machine works smoothly, and does the job. Can't ask more than that.

We've had this washer for a couple months now and so far we're quite pleased. Set up and leveling was simple although adjusting the feet could have been made easier with a design that accommodates regular wrenches rather than slip-joint pliers (small stuff). The washer is quiet while washing and we're impressed with it's ability to shuffle the wash load prior to the spin cycle so that the load is reasonably balanced when spinning starts. This is especially important when spinning at max speed and helps to reduce noise and vibration. We found that spin performance is certainly better than our previous washer as the clothes come out noticeably drier. This was true even when washing single large garments like a queen size blanket or quilt. This is important to us because we like to use a drying rack rather than a dry whenever possible._x000D_ We don't generally have heavily soiled laundry so I can't comment on that, but the clothing and bedding that we have washed certainly seem to be brighter and have less soap scent. This demonstrates the effectiveness of both the wash and rinse.

We have only had the washer for a few weeks but the machine does everything that we’d hoped. Great flexibility with the multitude of features makes it suitable for any laundry task.

Overall happy with washer but when it takes water in and also during couple of other operations sound which comes out is at higher side but otherwise it’s a silent washer
