Awesome washing machine works way better than my old washer. It’s a lot quieter. The clothes are coming out cleaner and damaged.

Cleans well. Efficient. Quiet. Only wish I could choose my own options a bit more. Thus 4 stars

5 Best washer I’ve had

I did a lot of research on a new washer because the last one I bought from Maytag was a dud. I chose Electrolux based on a Reviewed article that rated it the best washer of the year. Because of that article, I had really high expectations and the washer has exceeded them. It cleans clothes super well while being gentle to them and the 15 minute quick wash works wonderfully. When I need a dryer replacement I plan on getting a matching dryer from Electrolux because I am so impressed with it.

2 Disappointed in Washer , I had high hopes

I was familiar with Electrolux products and thought moving away from Maytag to try a new brand was a good move. Less than two months of purchasing my washer from Electrolux it stopped working and I was unable to return it to the store I purchased it from (past 30 days). Electrolux did honor the warranty and sent out a repair person but I have been without a washing machine for over two weeks due to waiting for parts. Very disappointing. I think if a washing machine has a problem after only one and half months, Electrolux needs to replace the entire washer because its probably defective.
