Clothes are very clean, multiple cycles and choices with clear information, perfect size capacity. We like that the drum window is transparent so we can see what is going on.

I like the washer. It is a very nice washing machine. I had an issue with the door latch mechanism breaking. It was still under warranty so I did the online chat. The person on chat was not very helpful and provided me with inaccurate information. He looked up the parts and told me they were not available and would contact me when they were with no timeline. I asked for the part numbers and he gave me the wrong numbers. I had to look these numbers up and then I found the parts on my own for around $100. They told me they would ship me the parts from Electrolux when they became available but never asked for my name or address information until I asked if he needed it. I can't wait forever for a part so I ordered what I needed and had my product fixed in two days. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't heard anything about the parts. I asked for them to email me a copy of the chat and he said sure but it never happened. Good customer support is a necessity and I will most likely stay away from this company in the future due to this poor experience.

The unit does a nice job of cleaning but with larger loads it has a problem with balancing its self. I have had to take items out to run a large load.

This Christmas we had our daughter's family and her four children in our home for a week, The increase in laundry caused the old washer to crash. Did some quick research and picked Electrolux. Local appliance store had it in stock and delivered in 2 days. Washer saved the day easy to use and everyone has clean cloths
