Overall good washer so far. Only complaints are having to wipe down the inside door after use, and also small items get stuck in the plastic flap in the front and often are still soaking wet

So far, we love our new Electrolux washing machine. Have not yet experienced all the bells and whistles, but we look forward to exploring the different options. The light inside is a very nice plus!

Large, efficient, and quiet. First Electrolux appliance ever purchased so can't comment on reliability or longevity of the brand or product at this time. Used about a dozen times since purchase two weeks ago. Very easy to use and set up for different types of loads being washed. Only issues that we have noticed is when washing ankle "short" socks, some of the socks will get trapped between the drum and washer door seal. This does not allow the socks to get fully washed, rinsed or spun dry with rest of load. Happened twice already. Also after the completion of the load being washed, we have noticed that the door seal is still fairly wet and requires us to wipe off the excess water. These are the reasons for the 4 star rating. Never had these issues with the 10 year old front load Samsung this washer replaced. Curious if others have had the same issue. Or if Electrolux is aware of, or has a fix or suggestion for these issues we have experienced.

Our Electrolux washer is in a slightly dark area of a hallway. The interior light is such a lovely addition to this washer. We don't accidentally miss items that should not be put in the washer. We can unload the washer easily. The light is a good guide._x000D_ We like that the spin cycle leaves the washer's interior fresh._x000D_ The machine is a bit on the loud side.

Very god, high quality washer. Probably the only one on the market with the possibility of reversing the door which was very important for us.

We have always been a top-load washer user... but this time talked ourselves into the Electrolux front load. Couldn't be happier! Salesman was right - clothes are cleaner.. less water AND detergent!!!
