I've had this machine now for a month. It replaced a similar Kenmore/whirlpool model that lasted 17 years and 7 months. I enjoy that this model is quieter than than it's predecessor. The lighted drum is nice too. I can't figure out the prewash/soak cycle as both detergent cups dump at once. The control panel seems unnecessarily complicated when choosing options. I'm still not sure I'm doing it right after reading the owner's manual from cover to cover.

The washing machine is beautiful, the indide is wide, the clothes are clean, and the sound is quiet when washing clothes. The price is reasonable.

We’ve always bought Maytag, but I’m not sure why because we’ve not had great luck with Maytags and they seem to wear out quickly. Most recently our 13 month old Maytag spilled water all over the floor and sent water thru the basement ceiling. We decided to give this Electrolux a go and honestly it just screams quality as soon as it’s setup. It washes clothes better. It has tons of options. We just couldn’t be more happy with it
