I chose ultimately chose this washer over another Electrolux model because of the hand wash cycle. It is incredibly gentle and will replace the need for hand washing delicates in our home, which will save a lot of time. The large capacity washer cleans really well, and I am incredibly pleased with my purchase. It is also very quiet when it runs, and with our laundry room door open, I still can't hear the machine running when I'm not in an adjacent room.

When our old Samsung rotted out we were worried that finding a replacement that would fit in our existing space. Electrolux was the only brand that gave a full size washer that was only 38" tall. It fit's perfectly. Didn't know much about their washers, but the more I researched the more impressed I became. Ours is working flawlessly. The special pod setting is very useful. And the small latch to hold the door open when the washer isn't in use is really handy._x000D_ What started out as a purchase for a size requirement has ended up with a very happy customer.

I am a life long Electrolux brand user in both washing machines and dryers. I have the sister dryer product to this washer and it is awesome. Unfortunately, I am less than satisfied with this unit as the door on my new washer will not close and latch properly.

I bought an Electrolux washer primarily because it is one of two brands you can reverse the door. Also it was recommended over the other brand by a local appliance repairman. He shared with me that his washer was an Electrolux. So I figured Electrolux ?as either easy to repair or reliable or both. The one disappointment is the " Use & Care " manual. You would have thought Electrolux could provided one with larger print and not printed on newsprint

It has been along time since we have had a new washer and dryer. I cannot believe what a difference two appliances have made in our lives. Our clothes are so much cleaner and the amazing steam options are life changing. Worth every dime. Thank you Electrolux.

Upgraded from a Samsung washer and wow, everything about this washer truly is an upgrade. Not only is it quiet and easy to use, but has many options and my clothes, sheets and towels come out spotless. I just thought my sheets were getting old, but nope! This washer brought new life to them. Excited to try all the different wash settings and options.

Read many reviews online, which in all honesty is overwhelming… and these units had the highest ratings of a substantial number of people but also had a steep price tag. Decided to take a chance and are glad we did. These units are very well built and operate seamlessly. Glad we decided to buy these over the others. These Electrolux (which is our first time owning anything by them) don’t feel/sound anything like previous brands we’ve owned including whirlpool, speed queen and LG. These are some seriously high quality and solid units and you won’t go wrong using them, plus they plant a tree when you buy them…. Love a company who will spend a little on the planet in return.

We purchased this as our laundry machine (different brand) broke down on us after 5 years. We had an Electrolux laundry machine at our previous house and we never had issues, so we decided to purchase an Electrolux machine again. It was a right decision because it cleans much better than the one that just broke down! I essentially re-washed all clothes and sheets that I washed with the previous machine. We also think that quality of the fabrics is maintained even after several washes, meaning that it does not damage the fabrics like the other one did. This machine makes me want to do more laundry. :)
