Bought this TV and love the picture however there are sound issues when connected to Apple TV. There is no support at least when I contacted Samsung they were not helpful. Was trying to watch Crave and the sound kept cutting out. Couldn’t watch through the app as it was not supported for this particular TV (side note the app is supported for the Q70 I have downstairs). Very frustrating. They say they will be updating to include support…..

5 Great.

I bought this for a small room and it's a perfect fit. Great apps available and excellent support from Samsung. Setup takes a little while but also gives time to get acquainted with the product. I'd buy it again.

5 So easy to use with a fantastic picture quality

We have had this TV in our main bedroom and absolutely love it! The picture is amazing, the remote is so simple with quick press buttons for Prime and Netflix access and it charges by solar. The tv itself is so think and with our low profile wall mount it looks just like a picture hanging on the wall. Especially with the feature of having a picture on as a screen display when not in use. My only complaint and probably only noticeable as this is our bedroom tv is that when we turn it off we can hear it crackle for a little while after. Otherwise we love it so much!

5 Love this tv and it’s options

Love this tv. The picture is awesome. Even had people over who commented on how clear and realistic the picture is. Bought the tv not even knowing about Samsung plus tv. I got rid of my cable because now I can watch Samsung plus! So the tv is kind of paying for itself!

2 Was good for two months now glitching

No issues first two months. Now we are having sporadic issues. We can not watch past shows on Amazon prime can only use the “resume” features.When the next episode tries to play it freezes and kicks you out to the main menu. And the tv has started randomly going black and powering off. We updated all software, did a soft reboot, unplugged. Logged out of all apps and rebooted everything we possibly could. No success. It feels like a software issue. We will reach out to Samsung in hopes to get support from an actual human.
