I had my $6,000 Electrolux 36" dual range with 6 burners installed in December, 2022. I started cooking with the range in January, 2023. The electronic display has been replaced three times. I had to hire an electrician to confirm the electrical installation was proper and that the circuit board was working properly. The oven's electronic circuit board continues to trick the electrical switch. In October, 2023, I asked to have my oven replaced. An Electrolux technician came out, pulled the oven from the wall, unplugged and plugged the oven back in. The electronic display lit up. He says the oven is now working and cannot be recommended for replacement.. I have had this oven 10 months and either I have a "lemon" or the technicians are told that it is normal for a range to trick the switch. I hope that Electrolux will respond to this review. I would not recommend buying this oven because of the poor service I have received, the lack of customer service and their refusal to recognize that the oven is not working properly. I guess my next step will be to contact Georgia's Office of Consumer Affairs.

I am loving my 36” dual fuel range. The first thing I did was check the temperature of the oven and it is right on the money. I was delighted to learn that as I cook on the gas burners there is an auto fan within the oven that is automatic. All in all a fantastic range. Looks beautiful in my kitchen!

just purchased 36 in full gas range. 2 days after deliveryseveral burners don’t work. told by retailer it’s a faulty part. still waiting a week later for part. used oven finally and oven doesn’t heat up the way it should. the knobs and functions are ridiculous. the instructions in manual are worthless. electrolux needs to give a full refund. it’s a lemon. so disappointed.

I'm truly enjoying my new stove. The gas burners function great and make fine tuning the heat very easy. I've made some of the best omelets and crepes ever. The oven maintains a constant temperature which has made for perfectly cooked cakes and cookies. I have been using it less than a month but I'm very happy and impressed.

I paid $5300 for this oven, and the display stopped working after only 1.5 years of use. Electrolux refuses to repair it at their cost because it's past its 1 year warranty. While I understand and respect the concept of a warranty, some common sense should be applied when there is only 1.5 years of use rather than 7 years of use. I paid $5300 and I expect higher quality for that level of money. In addition to the display not working, there are several other issues from a pure design perspective: 1) The user interface for controlling the oven settings are very non-logical and even after 1.5 years of use I still don't really have it down very well. Very confusing combination of pushing, waiting, and twisting from one knob to another. 2) There is a vent grill on the top back of the oven behind the last row of burners. All kinds of food and dirt get under that vent and are visible which is normal with any kind of cooking. Note that this vent is NOT REMOVABLE. Whatever food/dirt ends up there, it's there forever making your $5300 oven look like garbage. I do not recommend this oven.

We needed to upgrade our stove and wanted to purchase a dual fuel because we liked the control of the electric oven with the propane cook top. So far, it has been great, and we are excited to cook many meals for years to come!

I would give this product and Electrolux a zero if I could. This range came with a new build house and the oven has not worked but once. 2 technicians later with parts being ordered then cancelled then ordered again, multiple phone calls with nothing more than "I will escalate this". Finally got the information that one of the parts will not be available until May. Oven hasn't worked since December. That Electrolux would sell something that they don't have the parts to fix it and argue that they can't just replace it because "it can be fixed". Well if you don't have the parts and can't get the parts in a timely manner renders the situation as not being able to be fixed. Its sd that you sell something that doesn't work and then won't replace it.

First range was delivered with a large dent in the side and a screw sticking out through the metal - this had to be replaced._x000D_ _x000D_ 2nd range replacement had a controls issue where the oven believed that the meat thermometer was plugged in when it was not. This would not allow the oven to function properly (could only get to 200 degrees Farenheit._x000D_ _x000D_ We are still waiting for a working oven.
