4 Beautiful/efficient range BUT clock not accurate

Love the features of this range and the appearance is beautiful and modern. However, the clock has never kept time properly - it constantly falls behind. We have the wall microwave as well, which does keep time accurately. Hoping someone will reach out about solving this issue. For the price of this range, this should not be happening (nor for us to have to constantly reset the time).

2 Slow to heat

We have 3 high end Electrolux appliances and I am not happy with any of them. The burners are hard to light. The flame has 2 settings, high and low and on each setting is adjustable. It takes twice as long to boil water as an electric. I have tried 4 different pot sets and all the handles get scorching hot.. The brass burner from being so hot has discoloured the range. I would not recommend this range.

2 Gas pressure off and bad customer serv experience

There are three issues of concern: 1) gas pressure in the jets is too high on tour residential natural gas line; 2) lack of information from customer service; 3) registering the appliance was not possible. We bought this range through a dealership. Upon delivery we discovered it had been damaged and resold as such. Getting the replacement took 6(!) weeks. In the meantime, our still working range had been removed. The delivery date kept being pushed back with no explanation provided by Electrolux or dealer about the reason of delay. I asked for information about the issue from Electrolux providing the serial number but Electrolux could not even find the appliance in its system, apparently because it had been sold by a dealer. When the range was connected to our natural gas line, the pressure in the jets was too high. The plumber had to install the gas regulator which should normally only be used when converting the range to LPG. My questions to customer service about this issue have not been answered. I also noticed the oven fan comes on when using only the stove top burners. I am not sure if this normal and have approached customer service about it. Again, no answer received. Overall, my experience has been very negative and I would avoid buying any other Electrolux appliances.
