I received this 2 weeks ago and so far, so good. However, the company that delivered it didn't level it or change the door opening. I contacted Home Depot, they said they would send someone to do that, but no one has come yet.

The feature I like the best is the alarm if the temp falls below the desired temperature. It already came in handy when someone did not shut the door completely.

We got this as a replacement for other freezer which went out after 22 years Frigidaire great and long lasting products, love the feature of the freezer if it gets left open also the green light under the front door of the power goes out, holds lots of food, plenty of shelves on the door,and inside, fantastic product, fits perfectly and not too high as I am short very very impressed with this product bought unseen , very very high quality for reasonable price

I've had this freezer for about a month. It replaces a Frigidaire we had for about 20 years that was a hand-me-down from my husband's parents, so it was even older than that. We loved the old one but it was showing its age and need to be replaced. The new one is quieter and I love the alarm feature that will notify me if the temperature inside the unit drops. All in all, it's a good choice for us.

We searched high and low for the right size freezer for us and that would fit in our mudroom. We are very happy with our purchase and recommend this freezer for smaller families who don’t need a full size freezer.

I bought this online from Lowe's in August of this year. Did not get until December 7. Working fine so far. Like all the room and shelve locations.
