We just purchased this freezer a few weeks back. My husband is a deer Hunter and had gotten one deer and a friend gave us another. We had no room in our freezer in the house. We bought this freezer for all the venison and we put it in our out building. It’s perfect. It’s garage ready, it has a light that shines on the floor to let you know that it’s running, it got cold super fast and it’s the perfect size. We’ve got a lot of meat in it already with much more room to spare. So far we are very pleased with our purchase.

delivered just before thanksgiving 2020. I love having an upright freezer- it is so much easier to organize and find things. But, about 2 weeks in I noticed that the ice cream on the top shelf was soup. I turned temp up to max cold and reviewed trouble shooting- It took a week or two till my husband could help me slide a board under the front feet to level it because the adjustable feet did not adjust enough to account for garage floor. It is now level for over a week and the popsicles I left on the top shelf are still not fully frozen (not liquid like before, but not solid) and the temp is still set at max cold. other shelves seem fine, but I would really like to be able to use the top shelf too. there is no frost build-up and i do not see anyplace the door is not sealing properly (we did not reverse the door). It also concerns me that throughout this issue and loosing the stuff on the top shelf, the temp alarm never went off and the green indicator light remained solid. Due to the holidays I have not contacted anyone about the warranty yet, I just don't have time right now.

We bought this a month ago and it’s just right for the two of us. Originally we thought our salesperson said she ordered the one we saw on the floor, which was much bigger, and the same size we had before. As it turned out, we decided to keep this one because even though it’s smaller, it suits our needs perfectly

Hopefully this will last as long as the Kenmore upright we purchased in 1986 that this new unit just replaced

This size freezer is perfect size for my family-not too big, not too small. I love the frost free feature. The green light is a plus also.
