I bought this about a month ago and it is running the same as the first day. I upgraded to this stand up freezer from a chest freezer. Much easier to find items.

We bought this as a replacement for a 10 year old freezer. It's slightly bigger. I like the multiple shelves and the light that shines out from under the freezer making it perfectly obvious it is running.

I bought this freezer a few weeks ago and overall it is doing it’s job. However, when it arrived I needed to change the door. According to their website it is “simple” however when I started doing it the holes for the screws were off by about a 1/8 of an inch. This may not seem like much but it was enough that the door would not seal if I used those holes. I had to use self drilling screws and make my own holes so the door would line up flush. If they would do a little better quality control they would have known the holes don’t line up.
