Glad that I picked this Upright Freezer. Because of the Covid-19 It took 4 months to receive. I am glad I waited.

It had been a long time since I owned a freezer, and never a frost-free upright. It is SO easy to load and unload with it being upright, and I really appreciate the adjustable shelves. I also appreciate the exterior green light that tells you it's working, and the door alarm.

I purchased this freezer from Home Depot online. The entire experience from purchasing the unit until it was delivered was flawless. Unfortunately, we were attacked by frost giants when we plugged the unit in. Prior to plugging in I switched the door hinges to the opposite side, and after doing so the door would not seal properly. This caused immediate frost and ice formation in the unit due to the large gap between seal and cabinet. Customer service was good and scheduled a service call for the following day. The technician said it was a common problem, and all he did was warm the seal to help it form to the cabinet. It did not form completely to the cabinet, but enough to keep air from leaking. I expect over time the seal will improve. Overall I am satisfied with my experience.

This upright freezer was purchased to replace a chest freezer. Best decision ever. Now all my appliances are Frigidaire.

We bought this freezer a few weeks ago and we’re extremely pleased with our purchase. The LED lights and movable shelves allow for ease of storage as well as finding frozen items. We also like the external green light indicating that all is well with the unit without having to open the door.
